Couples Therapy with Dr. Hallowell and Sue Hallowell
This group is for couples where one or both spouses have ADHD. Dr. Hallowell and his wife, Sue Hallowell (also a therapist) will lead three sessions this summer. The dates of these sessions are June 24, July 22 and July 29 from 6-7:30 at the Sudbury Center. Please call the Center at 978-287-0810 for more details.
The "Young and Restless"
This is a coed group for people in their 20's. It focuses on relationships, self-esteem, managing ADHD, educational/vocational pursuits, etc. The group meets twice monthly (the second and fourth Wednesday evenings at 6:00 p.m.) Please call (978) 287-0810 for more information and to register
Female Spouses of ADDers
This 8-week educational support group will meet Wednesday mornings from 9:30 - 11:00 starting March 19th. Leader will be Theresa Garvin LICSW. Call 978-287-0810 x105 to register.
The Men’s Group
Led by Walter Sherburne LICSW this is a group for men with ADD/ADHD. It focuses on relationships, self-esteem, managing ADHD, educational/vocational pursuits, etc. The group meets every Friday at 8:00am. Please call (978) 287-0810 for more information and to register.
A Support Group for Parents
of Children with ADD or other related disorders
Mondays from 6:30-8pm for 8 weeks starting March 17th • The Group Leader is Theresa Garvin LICSW. • Interested parents should call Theresa at x105 to register.
Improve your Relationships at Work, School or Home
Career coach Robin Roman Wright will offer this “add-on’ service for clients already working with Hallowell clinicians. She will provide an interpersonal style assessment along with three coaching sessions directed towards developing strategies for creating positive relationships, relating to and managing people. This information will be shared with the clinician to assist the client in therapy. Interested clients should contact Robin for an appointment at the Center. Free 15 minute inquiry session included.
