Supporting Your College Student with ADHD
3 weeks beginning Tuesday September 16th at 12 pm EST- 1:15 pm EST (Sept 16th, 23rd and 30th)
We will cover many aspects of parenting a college student with ADHD in this three-session workshop. Strategies and techniques will be introduced for managing the challenges your student may face while keeping you sane! In this interactive workshop we empower parents to set healthy expectations, address communication vs. helicoptering, and discuss solutions for common factors that negatively impact performance.

Improve your Employee’s Soft Skills While Building a Better Workplace Environment
When: 3 weeks beginning Thursday September 18th at 12 pm EST- 1:15 pm EST (Sept 18th, 25rd and October 2nd).
Do you have employee turnover? Are you frustrated with employees who do not have refined soft skills such as communication, organization, and time management? There are specific reasons why these employees are not thriving in the work-place! This workshop will provide ideas and strategies to improve these skills.

Parents of Newly Diagnosed Younger Kids (5-10 years old)
Groups will run for 7 sessions, each for 75 minutes. Group will meet on Tuesdays starting Tuesday, September 30th and run every week until November 11. Time of group will be either early in the am, (9:30am EST) or at 5pm EST, or possibly alternating depending on location and determination of group members.

Tackling Test Anxiety Series
When: Four Sessions on Tuesdays September 30-October 21
7:15-8:00 pm EST
Where: Online on Zoom
What: Test anxiety is common, and it doesn't have to negatively affect your performance. Learn the facts about test anxiety and practice skills for managing it, so you can do your best work on all your assessments. This is an interactive group, and you can apply what you learn that same week in school, saving you precious time and energy.
Who: Middle and high school students ages 12+
