This group's goal is to normalize these feelings and discuss productive coping skills for adjusting self-perception and creating a more meaningful relationship with ourselves and others. Healthy relationships are a cornerstone of a positive and nurturing self-perception, and they are so important in facing the challenges we all face as men.
