Ned’s Recommended Reading
You can read my books and articles of course – and if you are to start with one I recommend Delivered from Distraction. When I first wrote Driven to Distraction with John Ratey back in 1994 there was not a lot of literature available on ADHD. The good news is that now there is lots, with more being researched and written every day.
